For the forth time the Arsenal - institute for film and video art presents a curated program with experimental films, video art and installations at the International Short Film Festival in Oberhausen. In 2006 the festival began to invite internationally acclaimed distributors to introduce their work at the market screenings with a curated and commented program.
This year the Arsenal shows works by Michael Snow, Christian Lebrat, Ming Wong, Isabell Spengler & Evi Rüsseler, Beate Rathke, Stefan Zeyen, Marie Losier, Judith Hopf, Tim Blue & Paul Rowley, Benjamin Krieg & Guillaume Cailleau and Stephen Dwoskin.
