The newly formed Korean Film Commission (KOFIC) takes place of the former Korean Motion Picture Promotion Corporation (KMPPC) and ushers in an exciting and new chapter for Korean filmmaking. KOFIC continues the duties of the KMPPC and also initiates new programs to further promote and support Korean films in Korea and abroad.
