The readers' jury of the "Tagesspiegel" assigns the award of 3.000 Euro for the best film in the Forum of the 58th Berlinale to God Man Dog by Singing Chen.
The Independent Jurys of the Berlinale donated five more awards to films in this year's Forum program: Corridor #8, God Man Dog, United Red Army as well as Be Like Others and Paruthiveeran.
The Award of the International Critics (FIPRESCI Award) for a film in this year's Forum was presented to Shahida – Brides of Allah by Natalie Assouline.

On February 13, Miroslav Janek, Jarmila Poláková and Martin Krafl will talk about the long term documentation Občan Havel (Citizen Havel), which is presented as a Special Screening in the Forum.
In the framework of the Berlinale Shorts section on Wednesday, Feb. 13. (2 p.m.), the short film program Forum expanded Mix can be seen, a mix of the two Forum expanded programs "Grandma Threading Her Needle" and "Locations & Speculations".
Natalie Assouline (Shahida – Brides of Allah, Feb. 12) and Donald Mugisha (Divizionz, Feb. 13) are Forum directors contributing to this year's "Academie Breaks", hosted by the German Film Academy.
World sales for the feature documentary about former Chech president Vaclav Havel has been picked up by Leipzig based company Deckert Distribution. Občan Havel is celebrating its international premiere in the Berlinale Forum.
