A voyeur explains himself, a former parachute jumper gives a tour of his fitness room and Emilie Deleuze is forced to admit that there is nothing left of the university where her father used to teach philosophy. In the Bois du Vincennes, a city forest shaped into a landscape park, Claire Simon comes across a broad spectrum of different people. For a whole year, she is there day and night, observing, asking questions and expressing her flaneur-esque thoughts in voiceover.
