At the Marshall McLuhan Salon of the Embassy of Canada, Laakkuluk Williamson Bathory’s VR-Video TARTUPALUK (PROTOTYPE) invites the viewers to experience the world’s tiniest, most northern (imaginary) republic Tartupaluk.
