Baseinat

An unexpected friendship develops from the encounter of three very different people: young Bela is jilted at her graduation ball and finds herself on the diving board of the swimming pool dressed in an evening gown, as does the 40-odd architect Apostol. The two approach each other cautiously and are joined by Apostol's friend Buffo, an artist who doesn't care about conventions. At the same time, a television crew films a group of former partisans in the pool, without really taking an interest in their lives. As the generations meet, so do different experiences and the fissures of a society caught between the values of yesteryear and those of today, and searching for direction, are revealed.
