From December 4-7 the BERLIN ART FILM FESTIVAL will show a fine selection of art films that depict Berlin in a different, daring, experimental, unusual and poetic way, among them many works which premiered at the Forum within the past few years like ASTA UPSET by Max Linz, Tatjana Turanskyj's THE DRIFTER, PIERROT LUNAIRE by Bruce LaBruce as well as films by Angela Schanelec, Thomas Arslan and Maria Speth.
On November 21 there is a kick off screening with Cynthia Beatt’s "Fury is a Feeling too" and Karim Aïnouz' "Praia do Futuro" followed by a party at Südblock. All film screenings will take place at fsk cinema with Q&As and panel discussion in English language.
