Immer mehr Filme liegen in digitaler Form vor, immer weitere Teile der Filmgeschichte und -gegenwart werden im Netz sichtbar. Zugleich ist jeder, der sich mit digitalen Bildern beschäftigt und sie nutzen will, mit rechtlichen Schranken konfrontiert. Was hat das Internet verändert? Im Programm mit Sebastian Lütgert (pirate cinema) werden Film- und Webbeispiele diskutiert. Die Filmauswahl rückt dabei im Rahmen von amerikanischen Weblogs entstandene Arbeiten – im besonderen "Shooting Down Pictures", das Projekt des bei der Vorführung anwesenden Filmemachers und -kritikers Kevin B. Lee – ins Zentrum. Gezeigt werden Videoessays über aktuelle und klassische Filme, u.a. von Nicole Brenez, Kristin Thompson, Jonathan Rosenbaum und Matt Zoller Seitz.
